AWARDING PANEL / BOARD
After the Entry submission period closes, the panel reviews, analyses and grades the pre-screened entries that were submitted into their deserved categories. This board will determine the final nominees in each category. Neither the 3RD TV Music Video Awards nor its sponsors will submit a vote or select the winners. The board decide the nominees for each year and the public decide the winners for each year.
The judging process will rely on the expertise of an impartial panel of experts whose background and experience include regulation, policy making, corporate and creative leadership from all media circles. The judges will evaluate the nominees according to specific criterion established for the categories.
